Photo & Media Policy

 Stonescapes Garden Design & Landscaping may take photographs and videos of completed or in-progress projects for the purpose of showcasing our work. This policy explains how we handle those images and your privacy.  

1. Purpose of Photography  We use project images for:

• Portfolio display on our website and social media

• Marketing materials, including brochures and adverts

• Before-and-after comparisons to demonstrate our services  

 2. Respect for Client Privacy  We value and respect your privacy. Therefore:

• We will never publish or share any material that reveals your full address, door number, or other identifying location details.

• We will not include you, your family, or any individuals in photographs without your explicit written consent.

• We will avoid capturing personal property not related to the landscaping work, where reasonably possible.  

3. How Images Are Stored and Shared

• Images are securely stored by Stonescapes Garden Design & Landscaping and used only for promotional and portfolio purposes.

• Images may appear on our website, social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram), Google Business Profile, and printed materials.

• We do not sell or share images with third parties.  

4. Opting Out  If you do not wish for photos of your project to be used, you can notify us at any time in writing via email or on your signed agreement. We will always respect your decision.
